Return Request Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.

Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in advance.

Reason for return
If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Item Condition
Items must be returned:

Unused
In original condition
With original tags attached
In original packaging
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items
